Create the Life You Want

A Free Introductory Forum in Body-Centred Psychotherapy with Audrey Jolly and Don Warrington

March 28th 2010, Sunday 1-3pm
1352 Bathurst St, Suite 102

Do you find yourself thinking that there must be more to life than what you are feeling and experiencing? Have you thought that something is missing…but you’re not sure what it is? Well, you are right. There is more to life:

More creativity     More joy and meaning
More passion     More connection

The Create the Life You Want forum is designed to introduce you to Integral Healing; a process of psychotherapy, which combines client-centred psychotherapy, bodywork and energy healing. This approach to healing re-vitalizes your body-mind connection holistically. Through this integrated approach you are able to reconnect to your natural strength and grace - your birthright.

The forum will be presented in three parts:
I. A dramatization of what you might see if you were a “ fly on the wall” at an Integral Healing session.
II. A question & answer period.
II. The opportunity, if you wish, to have a short personal exploration of this healing process.

Tea and light refreshments will be served and we will be available at the end for any further questions you may have.

Attendee reflections on the November 14, 2009 Workshop and Open House

"I attended the Integral Healing Centre Workshop and Open House on Saturday November 14th and ... wow - what a day! It started with an amazing session with Audrey Jolly and Wendy Fredricks - they led a session with a story about Skeleton Woman and incorporated such amazing wisdom that made me think of all of my relationships and my place in my life currently! It was refreshing to think through movement, story and music. It was followed by a session with John Went on character, relationships and chakras - another informative session. And we concluded with Sharon Feldman and Don Warrington leading a session on music, movement, play and story - a realization that we as adults think too much and feel and play too little! It was a fantastic introduction to the Integral healing approach and I learned techniques for myself as well as for my clients. Thank you all!"
