Integral Healing Psychotherapy Days
The day begins with an exercise group of stretching, breathing, opening, and grounding, facilitated by Bioenergetic Analysis Principles. This is followed by a guided personal journey. There is an opportunity to share one's experience of the morning process which is followed by individual psychotherapeutic work. Integral Healing is a form of psychotherapy that combines work with the body, mind and spirit to help release physical and emotional blocks.
The Integral Healing Centre will offer a therapy day in October and December 2007, and February, April, and June 2008. A therapy day runs at the Centre from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM on a Saturday, at the cost of $150 per day.
The first Integral Healing Psychotherapy Day will be Saturday, October 27th 2007, led by Don Warrington.
Don's comments about the day: "Over the past 30 years, in search of my own healing I have ventured down many paths. All of my experience, along with the Integral Healing Psychotherapy work, has uncovered an ability and deep passion for helping others safely find and travel on their own paths of healing."
The second Integral Healing Psychotherapy Day will be Saturday, December 15, 2007, led by Sharon Feldman. It will be a day of personal growth, exploration, and fun. Through various activities such as bioenergetic movement, playing with clay, and sharing experiences in a circle of fellow seekers, we will have an opportunity to learn more about our rich inner-worlds and how they affect others, as well as ourselves.
Please contact John Went at the Integral Healing Centre for enrolment in a therapy day.
