Audrey Jolly is a Toronto psychotherapist working at The Hampton Therapy Centre (Danforth/Chester) and at her home office in Riverdale (Danforth/Broadview). She is a clinical member of The Ontario Society of Psychotherapists (OSP).

A graduate of The Integral Healing Centre of Toronto, Audrey also holds an MA in Psychology and Movement from York University. She has trained with John Went (Integral Healing Centre), Elinor Dickson (Jungian Dream Analysis), Adam Crabtree (Therapeutic Arts) Juliana Lau (Dance Therapy).

For more than 25 years, Audrey has shared her unique approach, talents and therapeutic skills with individuals and groups across Canada and Europe. Her combined modalities include: client-centered psychotherapy, bodywork, bioenergetics and energy healing. She has worked at The Banff Centre of the Arts, York University, Ryerson University, University of Toronto and the Skyros and Atsitsa Centres (Greece).

Creativity and healing are her passions. Audrey exhibits as a painter, performs and teaches both art and movement.

Audrey brings creativity, passion and a broad range of therapeutic skills to each of her sessions. She offers an emotionally safe, non-judgmental environment where one can explore, befriend and embody one’s full, true self.
